We want you to be completely satisfied with your Paul Costelloe purchase; therefore, we offer a 28-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and face masks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
